Refund policy

At Divya Roshani, we take great care to ensure that every spiritual product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. As many of our items are sacred and personal spiritual accessories, we maintain a clear return and replacement policy.

1. Replacement Window 
Customers may request a replacement within 24 hours of receiving the order if they receive:

  • A wrong product
  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defects

Requests raised after this time frame may not be eligible for replacement.


2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any replacement request, an unboxing video recorded while opening the package is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

  •         The sealed package
  •       The shipping labels
  •       The product inside the package

This helps us verify issues quickly and prevent misuse of the policy.


3. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for replacement:

  •           The item must be unused and unworn
  •        The product must be returned in its original packaging
  •        All tags, certificates, and accessories must be included

The item must not show any signs of damage caused by the customer


4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Missing original packaging or certificates

5. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Our team will review the submitted details and unboxing video.
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment.
  • In some cases, customers may be asked to return the product before a replacement is sent.
  • The final decision regarding replacements will be made by the Divya Roshani support team.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed in the following situations:

  • If the product is out of stock for replacement
  • If the order is cancelled before shipment
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
